Δεν είμαι πολύ σίγουρος ότι η χρήση μιας μάσκας αερίου από έναν ιστότοπο ARMY ερμηνεύεται ως εικόνα αποθέματος .. και θα μπορούσε να είναι και παραβίαση πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων αν ο κάτοχος αυτής της εικόνας δεν σας έδωσε την άδεια να το χρησιμοποιήσετε. Πιστεύω ότι είναι απίθανο ότι ο στρατός .. οποιασδήποτε χώρας, θα επιτρέψει τη χρήση του στρατιωτικού εξοπλισμού του για να χρησιμοποιηθεί για κάποια έργα τέχνης, όχι μόνο αν αφορά τον στρατό τους και είναι μια εικόνα που παράγεται για το στρατό τους. Απλώς λέγοντας .. είναι εικόνες πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων σε όλο το διαδίκτυο και δεν μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε μόνο τις εικόνες που θέλετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε. I am not quite sure that using a gas mask from an ARMY website is construed as a stock image.. and, it could even be copyright infringement if the owner of that image has not given you permission to use it. Which, I believe it is unlikely that the Army.. of.. any country, is going to authorize the use of their military gear to be used for someones artwork, not unless it pertains to their Army and it is an image being produced for their Army.. Just saying.. their are copyright images all over the internet, and, you cannot just use any images that you want to use. You have to either buy stock-art images, or, find royalty free stock-art images that artists allow you to use for free. You might want to consider this because if they wanted to, they could sue you just for using their image, at the very least, whatever accounts that you use their copyright images, would be shut down.. and, if they find that you continue to keep using others copyright images, they can ban you from the internet.. permanently.. It is also usually a requirement that if you use others copyright images, not only to have their permissions, yet, to credit the individual artist of whom the image legally belongs to, wherever the image is posted, as well, to go back to that artist/photographers page, whom gives permission to use their photo, and to link them to where you posted an artwork, that you used said photo in. I highly doubt that you had permission from the person who actually owns the photo of the gas mask.. not on an Army site. Just thought I would let you know before you end up getting banned.. and DCMA 'ed.. or banned from the internet entirely.. I am so sure that you would not want that to happen..
